AFTERMOVE terms
Effective 7 September 2026. AFTERMOVE is provided by Oomny B.V. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Using the app
You may use the app for personal entertainment. The core puzzles are free. Do not attack the service, evade its safety limits, impersonate others or interfere with another player's data. If you are a minor, involve a parent or guardian where consent or purchase permission is required.
Optional purchases
AFTERMOVE Ink is a one-time, non-consumable purchase of three cosmetic colors. It is not required for the core game. Your store displays the price and handles payment, parental controls and refunds. Restore purchases using the same store account. Purchases do not transfer between Apple and Google through the guest identity. The store's terms and applicable consumer rights also apply.
Sharing drawings
You keep ownership of drawings you create. When you choose to submit one, you grant oomny a non-exclusive permission to store, verify, display and deliver it within AFTERMOVE and let players reuse it in puzzles. This permission is limited to operating the game, including technical backups and copies already delivered. It does not authorize us to sell your drawing or use it in paid advertisements.
Follow the community rules. Share only material you have the right to share. Moderation may reject or remove a drawing. A valid physics solution does not guarantee publication, immediate delivery or reuse by another player. You can report content, block a contributor or contact support about a decision.
Availability and changes
Online features need a working connection and can be temporarily unavailable, including during maintenance or when free hosting limits are reached. Studio play remains available locally. We may update the game to fix errors or keep it compatible. This does not remove your statutory remedies for a defective purchase.
Privacy and support
Our privacy notice explains guest records and deletion. For support or a complaint, email support@oomny.eu. Apple and Google are not responsible for providing our app support. For the iOS version, Apple's standard licensed application terms also apply where relevant.
Dutch law applies subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence. Nothing here takes away a consumer's right to use the competent court or statutory remedies.
